Human Resources & Operations Manager at Bespoke Metrics Inc

Bespoke Metrics is a fast-growing data management and analytical company. The company was created with the vision to bring data-driven decision making and standardized analytical support to minimize risk throughout the construction supply chain.

This position will be primarily remote but will report to our downtown Calgary workspace at least once a month for team meetings and collaboration.

The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for:

• Promoting, building and nurturing positive lasting relationships
• Discussing and negotiating client payment terms
• Gaining and having a strong understanding of the region you will be running
• Responding to incoming and outgoing calls and emails from clients and assist them with technical troubleshooting.
• Communicating effectively across a variety of channels: phone, email, live-chat, webinars
• Promoting the benefits of the COMPASS suite of products to subcontractors,
• And providing client feedback to our internal teams to promote company growth.

Qualifications:

• A Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service and support
• Previous client-facing experience in construction or software as a service (SAAS) is a plus
• Tech-savvy and able to learn, adapt and effectively communicate new technologies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized and able to multi-task and prioritize multiple strategic initiatives
• Entrepreneurial and go-getter attitude with a drive to disrupt the status-quo
• Proficiency in MS Office, G-Suite, web-based CRM (Salesforce)
