Job Purpose
This position reports to the Director of Sales, Sales Vice President, Vice-President of Sales, or Branch Manager. The Senior Account Manager is responsible for driving all aspects of the sales process within assigned customer segments, acting as the primary face-to-face proactive sales contact for network services, IT professional services, IT managed services, and hardware-related IT products. The role involves managing customer relationships, identifying and closing key opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction alongside achieving revenue and gross profit targets.
The successful candidate will develop and implement sales plans and strategies to meet sales goals effectively.
Essential Functions
Experience
Ten (10) years or more of experience preferred, including large/strategic account management and experience in network services, IT professional services, IT managed services, and hardware-related IT products.
Education
Four years of college resulting in a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
Special Knowledge/Skills
Consultative/Solution Selling, Qualifying Sales Process, Planning, Customer Knowledge, Product Knowledge, Self-Management, Business Acumen, Innovation, Competitive Knowledge, Resource Leadership, Resource Management.

The pay range for this role is:
CAD 89,000 - 130,000 per year (Calgary Office).
