Job summary

DAC, a global full-funnel performance media agency, is seeking a Senior Account Executive in Toronto to support day-to-day management of integrated client programs, coordinate across teams, and help with account planning, retention and growth.

You will own client workstreams, prepare for meetings, create polished communications, and leverage AI tools to improve research, drafting and analysis while safeguarding confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, organization, project coordination and follow-through skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a dependable day-to-day contact for assigned clients, managing requests from briefing through follow-up.
• Own defined client workstreams and smaller accounts with guidance from the Account Director.
• Prepare for and participate in client meetings with agendas, materials, notes and action items.
• Coordinate specialists across deliverables, timelines, approvals and dependencies; flag risks early.
