Job summary

Sales Talent, Inc. partners with a fast-scaling hardware technology company redefining industrial motion control. We are hiring the first true senior sales hire to own a growing key-account book and drive new logo development.

Location is Canada-based with Vancouver or Toronto preference. The base salary is CAD 90,000–125,000 depending on experience, plus an uncapped commission structure, equity (ESOP), and full benefits.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of experience selling a physical hardware component into industrial markets (OEMs, integrators, machine builders).
• Comfort with technical conversations and product demos; a technical degree or engineering background is a strong plus.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-moving, still-maturing organization.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle ownership of a growing key-account book and converting prototyping relationships into high-volume commercial accounts.
• Develop new logos across industrial automation, defense, and the broader OEM space.
• Manage and qualify a strong inbound lead stream alongside targeted outbound prospecting.
