Job summary

EMCO Corporation, a national wholesale distributor, seeks a results-driven Sales Specialist in Canada. You will develop product knowledge, prospect new customers, manage orders, and strengthen relationships with existing accounts to close profitable sales. Salary range is $55,000–$60,000 plus uncapped commission. A college diploma and strong communication skills are required, with a focus on customer service

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive product and product application knowledge in target market segment
• Prospect new customers and increase sale with existing accounts
• Process customer orders to completion including pricing, substitutions and sourcing additional information
• Maintain existing accounts and build relationships by evaluating customer needs
• Identify customer requirements and provide profitable solutions and close the sale
• Engage with customers at EMCO events, trade shows and industry activities
• Monitor customer satisfaction and provide prompt resolution
• Work closely with the inside sales team
