Experienced Teaching Assistant Required (Farnham)

Location: Farnham, Surrey


Salary:£93-100/day


Start Date: September 2026


Job Type: Part-Time/Full-Time (8:30-3:30)


The Role:

Teaching Personnel are currently seeking multiple motivated and dedicatedTeaching Assistantsto work across several of our mainstream primary schools within the Farnham area. The ideal educators would have experience working either 1-1 or within small groups of students either in a mainstream primary or SEN School. As an agency we work with an abundance of schools in the area seeking support staff on either a full-time, part-time or flexible basis.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Providing 1:1 support to a student or small group work within a resource base

  • Helping to manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment.

  • Supporting students in completing assigned work and encouraging independent learning.

  • Monitoring student progress and reporting any concerns to the class teacher.
