Job summary

Remedy Recruitment Group are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a secondary school in Lambeth, starting ASAP. This temporary role offers the chance to support students with autism, ADHD and other SEN needs, helping them engage with learning and daily activities.

You will work closely with teachers, SENCOs and support staff, providing one-to-one or small group assistance, implementing EHCP strategies and promoting inclusive practice across the classroom.

Qualifications

  • Candidate must be patient, resilient and compassionate.
  • Experience supporting young people with SEN is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

Are you passionate about supporting young people with special educational needs? We are recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants to join a Secondary school in the Lambeth starting ASAP.

About the Role:

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with students with a range of needs, including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional, and mental health challenges. Your role will involve providing tailored support, building positive relationships, and helping students access the curriculum in a meaningful and inclusive way.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide one-to-one or small group support for students with SEN
