Responsibilities

• Maintain Self Checkout Area Standards: keep area clean, safe, organized and free of debris.
• Promote Walmart Programs and Initiatives: support credit card services, product protection plans, charitable initiatives when applicable.
• Support Customers at Self Checkout: help customers use self checkout quickly, explain interventions in a friendly way, assist with cash/technical issues to the Customer Service Manager.
• Respond to EAS Alerts and Complete Documentation: handle alarms per procedures and log the issue accurately.
• Manage Scan & Go Equipment: ensure scanners are returned to designated storage after use.
