• Maintain Self Checkout Area Standards: keep self-checkout area clean, safe, and organized.
• Promote Walmart Programs and Initiatives: support credit card services, protection plans, and charitable initiatives when applicable.
• Support Customers at Self Checkout: assist customers, monitor activity, and escalate cash or tech issues as needed.
• Respond to EAS Alerts and Complete Documentation: handle EAS alarms and log failures to deactivate.
• Manage Scan & Go Equipment: return scanners to storage after use.
• Flexibility: be open to evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
