Job summary

This role involves responding to EAS alarms, completing documentation, and managing Scan & Go equipment. Availability for varied shifts including evenings and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service roles.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Self Checkout Area Standards: keep area clean, safe, and organized.
• Promote Walmart Programs and Initiatives when applicable.
• Support Customers at Self Checkout by assisting with transactions and issues.
• Respond to EAS Alerts and complete the required documentation.
• Manage Scan & Go Equipment and return scanners after use.
