The role includes handling EAS alerts and managing Scan & Go equipment while working a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Ideal candidates will provide friendly service, assist with transactions, and elevate issues to management when needed.

Qualifications

• Age – 16 or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Self Checkout Area Standards - maintain a clean, safe, organized self-checkout area.
• Promote Walmart Programs and Initiatives - support credit card services, product protection plans, and charitable initiatives when applicable.
• Support Customers at Self Checkout - assist customers with self-checkout and explain interventions calmly to resolve issues.
• Respond to EAS Alerts and Complete Documentation - handle EAS alarms and log “Failure to Deactivate.”
• Manage Scan & Go Equipment - return scanners to storage after use.
