• Maintain a clean, safe and organized self-checkout area.
• Assist customers with self-checkout, explain interventions clearly and escalate issues as needed.
• Promote company programs including credit services, protection plans and charitable initiatives.
• Respond to EAS alarms and complete the Failure to Deactivate log accurately.
• Ensure Scan & Go equipment is returned to storage after use.
• Be flexible for evenings, weekends and holidays as business needs dictate.
