Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe self-checkout area and keep fixtures/debris away.
• Promote Walmart programs and services when applicable.
• Assist customers at self-checkout and explain interventions calmly.
• Respond to EAS alarms and document appropriately.
• Ensure Scan & Go equipment is returned to storage after use.
• Be flexible with shifts to meet business needs.
