• Maintain Self Checkout Area Standards: keep area clean, safe, and organized.
• Promote Walmart programs and initiatives when applicable.
• Assist customers at self checkout and escalate issues to the Customer Service Manager when needed.
• Respond to EAS alerts and complete documentation.
• Manage Scan & Go equipment and storage after use.
