Walmart Canada is seeking a Self-Checkout Attendant for the Blainville, QC location. You will help customers complete transactions at the self-checkout area while maintaining a clean, safe workspace and promoting Walmart programs.

The role involves assisting customers, monitoring activity, handling EAS alarms, and keeping Scan & Go equipment ready for use in a fast-paced environment. Evenings, weekends and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• Age - 16 or older

Responsibilities

• Maintains a clean, safe, and organized self checkout area.
• Promotes company programs and services when applicable.
• Assists customers at self checkout and explains interventions in a friendly way.
• Responds to EAS alarms and completes the log accurately.
• Ensures Scan & Go scanners are stored after use.
• Be available for a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Handles high task volume in a fast-paced environment with planning.
• Performs physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs when needed.
