Job summary

Bosch Building Technologies North America is seeking a Technician I - Security to support installation, maintenance, and repair of electronic security systems. You will work alongside experienced technicians to gain hands-on experience with low voltage access control, CCTV, and prewiring projects.

The role requires strong communication, reliable driving, and the ability to work independently, with occasional night shifts based on project needs.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a technical role within the integrated security industry.
• Proficiency in cable pulling, installation, and basic troubleshooting.
• Experience with security systems, CCTV, and alarms.
• Excellent communication with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Install, terminate, and test copper and fiber optic cables and components.
• Assist in installing and servicing access control, CCTV, and intrusion alarm systems.
• Provide customer training and respond to technical inquiries.
• Maintain relationships with clients for future opportunities.
• Complete project documentation and updates to Project Managers.
• May work nights based on project needs.
