Allied Universal in London, Ontario is hiring a Scheduler - Hourly to oversee and coordinate security personnel schedules across the London and Windsor region, with supportive coverage for Southwest and Northern Ontario branches.

The role requires strong organization, reliability, and communication to adjust schedules in real time, manage overtime, and ensure timely delivery of staffing solutions for clients in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education asset.
• Experience with scheduling, workforce coordination or administrative support.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and maintain schedules for security personnel.
• Monitor staffing levels and adjust schedules in real time.
• Communicate schedules clearly to personnel and management.
• Ensure scheduling complies with policies and labour regulations.
• Use scheduling software to track hours and attendance.
• Respond promptly to scheduling inquiries and issues.
• Maintain records of availability, shifts, and client requirements.
• Identify staffing gaps and maintain site coverage.
