Allied Universal is hiring a Security Mobile Patrol Supervisor in London, ON to provide professional, front-line security services. This role suits individuals with strong customer service skills, capable of night shifts, and a professional demeanor within a dynamic team.

As a part-time position, you will conduct mobile patrols, monitor alarms, document observations, and coordinate with clients and authorities to ensure safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with access control systems and alarm systems.
• Must be at least 25 years of age.
• A valid G class driver's licence and a clear drivers abstract is mandatory.
• Valid First Aid and CPR certification.
• Experience with report writing and note-taking.
• Knowledge of CCTV monitoring systems.
• Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada for 40 hours per week.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct mobile patrols of designated areas to deter unauthorized activity and protect personnel.
• Monitor surveillance systems and alarms; respond promptly to breaches or disturbances.
• Perform security checks of buildings and access points to prevent unauthorized entry.
• Interact with clients, visitors, and employees, providing directions and information.
• Report incidents and log observations; notify supervisors or authorities as needed.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency responders during incidents.
• Maintain logs of patrol activities and ensure policy compliance.
• Inspect security equipment, vehicles, and emergency supplies; report issues.
• Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and propose improvements.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance security procedures.

Shifts: Various (Overnight shifts , day shifts)

Specific Duties Performed And Essential Functions

• Conduct mobile patrols of designated areas, including parking lots, premises, and other high-traffic areas, to deter unauthorized activity and ensure the safety of personnel and property
• Monitor surveillance systems and alarms, promptly responding to any security breaches, disturbances, or suspicious activities
• Perform security checks of buildings, doors, windows, and other access points to prevent unauthorized entry and ensure compliance with security protocols
• Interact with clients, visitors, and employees, providing assistance, directions, and information as needed while enforcing security policies
• Report any security incidents, accidents, or hazards immediately to supervisors or appropriate authorities, documenting observations and actions taken
• Collaborate with law enforcement, emergency responders, and other security personnel to coordinate responses to incidents and emergencies effectively
• Maintain accurate logs and records of patrol activities, incidents, and observations, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Conduct routine inspections of security equipment, vehicles, and emergency supplies, reporting any issues or deficiencies for prompt resolution
• Conduct risk assessments and security audits of client premises, identifying vulnerabilities and recommending security enhancements to mitigate risks
• Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge of security procedures, emergency response protocols, and relevant regulation
