  2. Monitor and patrol assigned areas, responding to routine, emergency, and law enforcement calls.
  3. Act as an ambassador of the client site by providing customer service, responding to public inquiries, and performing guard tours along designated routes. Assist in the movement of visitors and staff.
  4. Manage and lead a team of security specialists.
  5. Maintain open communication with the client and ASP Incorporated.
  6. Observe, investigate, and act on possible breaches of security, fire and safety hazards, illegal entry, theft, and utility malfunctions, informing authorities in emergencies.
  7. Document all security incidents clearly and accurately.
  8. Activate fire alarms and safety systems, assist in evacuation procedures, and escort emergency personnel to locations.
  9. Enforce Trespass to Property Act, physically remove trespassers or individuals engaged in criminal acts, and legally arrest if necessary, surrendering to police.
  10. Control access and screen unauthorized persons, removing trespassers or offenders, and maintaining logs of activities and incidents.
  11. Perform open-up and lock-down procedures, bomb threat searches, and equipment inspections.
  12. Respond to emergencies per the Emergency Response Manual, escorting authorities as needed.
  13. Receive, record, and investigate complaints, prepare incident reports, and follow up as required.
  14. Coordinate with shelter management regarding issues and safety concerns.

Who you are :
