Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid Security Workers License.
• 2+ years of security experience, including 1+ years as supervisor.
• Familiar with CCTV, security software and basic computer skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage a team of security personnel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible presence and assist clients, employees and visitors.
• Coordinate, manage, and guide security personnel to ensure efficiency.
• Support shift coordination for adequate coverage including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Provide training on security protocols and procedures.
• Oversee access control at entry and exit points and verify identities.
• Respond to incidents and coordinate with authorities when necessary.
• Prepare incident reports and maintain logs of activities, incidents and attendance.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed and conduct safety briefings.
