Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls, diagnose, troubleshoot, repair and debug complex systems.
• Provide customer support and accurate service reports for invoicing and costing.
• Mentor less experienced staff and transfer knowledge between technicians.
• Travel to jobsites as needed and supervise tests, tuning and adjustments.
