Job summary

Scarborough Transit Connect (STC) is seeking a Security Administrator to provide operational and administrative support to the STC Security team, manage incident reporting, and maintain security records and trackers at project sites in Toronto.

The role requires at least 2 years in an administrative or coordinator role, familiarity with CCTV and access control, and strong MS Office skills; the salary range is $60,000-$75,000 CAD with benefits and RRSP matching.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative or coordinator role.
• Experience in security, construction, or major infrastructure is an asset.
• Familiarity with CCTV, access control, or physical security systems is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and administrative support to the STC Security team.
• Collect, compile, and analyze security data for reporting and reviews.
• Maintain the project Security Incident Log and related trackers.
• Organize security reporting, including performance indicators and trends.
• Coordinate information from project teams and service providers for reporting.
• Support Security Awareness Program and training records.
