Town of Caledon is seeking a Coordinator, Corporate Security Operations to oversee CCTV, access control, and security systems across municipal facilities. Qualifications

• Requires a post-secondary diploma in Law Enforcement, Security Management, Police Foundations, Criminology or a closely related field.
• Valid Security Guard Licence under the Ontario Private Security and Investigative Services Act is required.
• CPR & First Aid certification is required; other security certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Town's CCTV, access control, alarm and security monitoring systems to ensure operational readiness.
• Coordinate incident response, alarms, public inquiries and CCTV requests in line with policies and legal requirements.
• Monitor and troubleshoot security technology, perform audits, and coordinate repairs/upgrades with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Support emergency preparedness activities including drills, lockdowns, evacuations, and event security planning.
• Prepare incident reports, supervise third-party security providers, and support enforcement activities as needed.
