Responsibilities

• Administering and maintaining the Threat Management System, including file creation, intake, tracking, routine updates, and file closure.
• Assisting Threat Managers with information gathering, document management, and administrative follow-up while keeping data secure.
• Coordinating and scheduling case reviews, workshops, training sessions, and emergency management exercises.
• Preparing agendas and meeting packages, recording minutes, and managing action-item logs.
• Drafting routine correspondence, reports, presentations, and controlled program documentation.
• Compiling and verifying data to generate status reports, dashboards, and program summaries.
• Serving as a professional contact for internal teams and external service providers.
