Job summary

Bell is seeking a Security Operations Coordinator to help protect our facility and infrastructure. You will monitor building access, conduct patrols, and respond to incidents while coordinating with emergency services. A strong customer-focused mindset and adherence to privacy regulations are essential.

Role requires 24/7 shift coverage, on-site work in Winnipeg, and experience with security systems. First Aid & CPR certification and reliability clearance are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and situational awareness.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Experience with security systems (CCTV, access control).
• Strong communication and reporting skills.

• Understanding of privacy regulations (e.g., PIPEDA).
• First Aid & CPR certification (required).

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control building access; verify credentials and manage visitor logs.
• Conduct patrols and monitor CCTV and alarm systems.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies; coordinate with emergency services.
• Protect telecom and IT infrastructure.
• Maintain incident reports and documentation.
• Provide front‑line support to employees and visitors.
