Job summary

Paladin Security Group is hiring a Security Guard in Cranbrook, BC for a full-time, on-site role. You will provide a visible security presence, monitor access points, respond to alarms, and uphold safety protocols across diverse client environments.

The job requires BC security licensing, strong communication, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Uniforms are provided and ongoing training is available.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Site Overview

Paladin Security is expanding services across the East Kootenay Region, supporting diverse client environments in Cranbrook, Sparwood, Elkford, and Fernie. Our guards work across healthcare facilities, educational campuses, industrial sites, mobile patrols, and community events, serving as trusted safety partners and helpful ambassadors for our clients and community.

What You'll Be Doing

• Provide a visible, professional security presence to maintain a safe environment for all client personnel, visitors, and members of the public.
