Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and support to sustain strong relationships with clients and visitors.

• Respond promptly and professionally to security alarms, calls for service, and emergency situations.
• De-escalate stressful or emergency situations, liaising directly with police, fire, and paramedic services as needed.
• Manage access control, manage crowds, and address unauthorized entry or trespassing.
• Write clear, detailed, and accurate incident, liability, and daily activity reports.
• Provide basic medical response and first aid when required.

Position Overview

Site Overview

Located in Williams Lake, British Columbia, this client site provides a dynamic work environment focused on safety, community service, and professional care. As part of our team on site, you will help maintain a secure and welcoming atmosphere for all staff, clients, and visitors.

What You'll Be Doing

Provide customer service and support to sustain strong relationships with clients and visitors.

Conduct regular proactive patrols across the property to maintain safety and report any policy breaches or safety concerns.

Respond promptly and professionally to security alarms, calls for service, and emergency situations.
