Job summary

Paladin Security Group in Burnaby, BC, is seeking a Security Operator - Dispatcher for a full-time, on-site role. The position offers a pay rate of CAD 21.00/hour, rising to CAD 21.50/hour after probation, with Friday and Saturday shifts 15:30–23:50.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of dispatching, call centre, scheduling, security experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer literacy including Microsoft Office and ability to learn operational software.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information and security procedures with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls and emails.
• Dispatch alarm response calls and initiate after-hours security requests.
• Maintain clear communication between guards, clients and management.
• Provide professional customer service in fast-paced scenarios.
• Document incident reports and dispatch logs in internal systems.
