Job summary

iA Financial Group seeks a Security Designer to design and operationalize secrets management, cryptographic keys, digital certificates, and privileged access solutions. You will define integration patterns for Vault, Azure Key Vault, and PKI, and contribute to cryptography initiatives and privileged access improvements.

The role requires 5+ years in information security with cryptography experience, and hands-on HSM in cloud environments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years in information security, incl. 2+ years in cryptography.
  • Hands-on experience with HSM solutions in cloud environments.
  • Knowledge of NIST and ISO 27001 security standards.
  • Intermediate English for vendor collaboration and external discussions.

Responsibilities

  • Design and evolve solutions for secrets management, cryptographic keys, digital certificates, and privileged accounts.
  • Define integration patterns and support IT teams using Vault, Azure Key Vault, and PKI.
  • Contribute to cryptography initiatives including certificate lifecycle management and post-quantum efforts.
  • Advance privileged access management with least privilege and traceability principles.
  • Collaborate with delivery and architecture teams to embed security requirements and provide docs.

What You Will Accomplish with Us

As a Security Designer, you will play a central role in our mission. Key responsibilities include:

  • Design and evolve solutions for secrets management, cryptographic keys, digital certificates, and privileged accounts in alignment with the organization’s security and architecture standards.
  • Define integration patterns and support IT teams in the secure use of platforms within the Secrets portfolio, including HashiCorp Vault, Azure Key Vault, and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) solutions.
  • Contribute to cryptography initiatives, including certificate lifecycle management, crypto-agility, cryptographic inventory activities, and the transition toward post-quantum cryptography.
  • Participate in the design and continuous improvement of privileged access management mechanisms by applying principles such as least privilege, segregation of duties, and traceability.
  • Collaborate with delivery, architecture, and project teams to integrate security requirements into technology solutions while ensuring high-quality documentation, integration guides, and reference models.

  • Has a minimum of 5 years of experience in information security, including at least 2 years of experience in cryptography.
  • Has hands‑on experience implementing, configuring, or operating HSM solutions in cloud environments.
  • Possesses knowledge of security frameworks and standards, including NIST and ISO 27001.
  • Has an intermediate level of English proficiency, as the incumbent will be required to collaborate with technology vendors, consult specialized documentation, analyze platforms, and discuss cybersecurity technical matters with external partners and stakeholders on a regular basis.
