Job Overview :

Responsible for delivery and support of the Give & Go security program, protocol development, risk analysis, and investigation of security issues. The role includes oversight of physical security operations across all facilities to ensure a safe environment for all employees.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Maintain a safe work environment across all Give & Go facilities.
  • Provide frontline support to all facilities, including the head office.
  • Coordinate and launch security projects.
  • Communicate and educate staff on security measures.
  • Monitor daily security requests such as access control, CCTV audits, and technical support.
  • Support security portal requests and audits.
  • Track and support security systems and third-party security vendors.
  • Educate employees on security systems at the plant level.
  • Act as the point of contact for access control issues and incidents.
  • Report incidents, audit reports, and prepare summaries for executives.
  • Support HR inquiries and investigations related to security.
  • Manage key control and access code tracking.

The Recipe for Success :

  • At least 3 years of security experience.
  • Knowledge of project management best practices.
  • Experience with security systems, including access control, intrusion, and video surveillance.
  • Understanding of departmental policies and procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and security software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize, and adapt.
  • Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
