The starting salary ranges from $61,502 to $112,806 per year, with placement on the July 1, 2025 Teacher Salary Grid based on service length and qualifications in accordance with the collective agreement.

Qualifications

• TESL certificate and BC ELL standards familiarity required for teaching English language learners.
• Experience teaching ELL at the secondary level is preferred.
• Familiarity with IELTS instruction and standard assessments is expected.
