Job summary

Indigo is hiring for a seasonal, fixed-term retail role in Ontario. Join our store team to support daily operations, assist customers, and create an inviting shopping environment. You will manage inventory, merchandise displays, and curate product collections while engaging customers with product stories and ensuring health and safety standards.

Ideal candidates are flexible, able to work early mornings or late evenings, and capable of lifting up to 40 pounds. Bilingual French/English is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in specialty retail or a retail environment preferred but not required.
• Able to learn quickly and adapt to all store areas.
• Committed to delivering exceptional employee and customer experiences.
• Capable of being mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds with proper safety techniques.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, overnights and early mornings.
• Bilingual in French and English (Québec requirement) is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations before or after opening hours (5AM or 10PM start).
• Conduct inventory cycle counts and replenish stock, process returns, shelf products.
• Create a visually appealing store using merchandising standards.
• Create a warm, welcoming environment and add joy to our customers’ lives.
• Engage customers on the floor and curate product collections for each customer.
• Tell stories about products and share ideas with Leadership Team.
• Respond to customer feedback promptly and uphold health and safety standards.
