The Role:
We are seeking a part-time seasonal sales associate for our CF Limeridge location. Join our growing team at JD Sports Canada to enhance your customer service skills and gain experience in the fashion industry. As a sales associate, you will ensure outstanding guest experiences and contribute to the success of our team.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Perform POS transactions and merchandising tasks such as receiving shipments, replenishment, price markdowns, and maintaining fitting rooms.
• Build lasting relationships with customers through helpful service and communication.
• Resolve customer issues effectively and positively at the store level.
• Stay current on product and service updates.
• Engage with customers culturally through fashion, music, art, technology, and architecture.
• Process and assemble online store orders.

Skills/Experience/Knowledge:

• Experience and knowledge in the fashion industry.
• Ability to problem-solve quickly and politely.
• Highly organized, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
