Job summary

Ferrovial through Webber Infrastructure Management Canada Limited is seeking a hands-on road maintenance worker. The role focuses on maintaining contracted assets such as roads, bridges, signs, and guardrails with heavy equipment during winter and summer seasons.

Ability to work safety and communicate in English is essential. The position offers hourly pay between $30.00 and $32.00, with overtime opportunities and emergency response rotations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years related work experience in construction/road maintenance.
• Valid Ontario Class DZ driver’s license (AZ license a plus).

Responsibilities

• Winter season duties: snow/ice removal and salting on roads.
• Summer season duties: maintain/repair highways, signs, guardrails and lighting.
• Traffic control setup/removal and transporting crew/equipment to sites.
• Emergency response rotations and overtime as needed.
• All other duties as assigned.
