Responsibilities

• Assist in order fulfillment and customer support.
• Source client rewards globally to build out marketplaces.
• Maintain and update rewards in the database.
• Collaborate with Support to resolve issues with rewards.
• Support Finance with managing client rewards budgets.
• Monitor marketplace items for accuracy and updates.
• Assist Customer Success with administrative needs.
