Job summary

Bucketlist Rewards is seeking a Redemption Coordinator for the holiday season to ensure rewards reach customers on time. This remote role suits organized, resourceful teammates who enjoy problem solving and learning new tools.

You’ll handle order fulfillment, rewards sourcing, data upkeep, and collaboration with Support, Finance, and Customer Success. The contract runs Oct to Jan 31, 2027, 40 hours weekly, fully remote across Canada, with a company laptop provided.

Qualifications

• Customer service, retail, or e-commerce experience, especially in a virtual setting.
• Ability to work remotely as part of a team.
• Experience picking up new software quickly.
• Clear, friendly written and verbal communication.
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities.
• Fixed-term contract from October to January 31, 2027.
• Fully remote; Canada-wide.
• Company laptop provided for the length of the contract.
• 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in order fulfillment, including purchasing rewards, troubleshooting technical and vendor issues, record keeping, and ongoing customer support
• Sourcing client rewards from around the world to build out strong marketplaces
• Maintaining and updating existing client rewards in our database
• Work closely with Support to respond to issues with rewards
• Support our Finance team with managing and maintaining our clients rewards budgets
• Monitor marketplace items and experiences to ensure they are accurate and up to date
• Support the Customer Success team with additional administrative needs
