Job summary

Saje Natural Wellness is seeking store team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience in a welcoming, scented retail environment. You will demonstrate products, educate guests on natural wellness, and tailor recommendations to individual needs.

You will build baskets, convert interest into sales, and contribute to a positive, inclusive team culture with flexible hours across mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays. A high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school education is required.
• Strong communication, empathy and active listening are essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Saje Experience with product demos and tailored recommendations.
• Educate customers on natural wellness and 100% natural products.
• Drive sales through bold, strategic recommendations and upselling where appropriate.
