Saje Natural Wellness in Calgary is seeking Store Team Members to deliver the Saje Experience by connecting customers with 100% natural wellness products through demos and education. You’ll guide wellness journeys and tailor recommendations in a scented retail setting.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication, empathy, and a confident sales mindset, with a willingness to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. A high school diploma is required and a teamwork ethos is valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service ethos and ability to build relationships.
• Comfort working in a scented environment and retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Saje Experience with authentic customer interactions.
• Demonstrate products and educate customers on natural wellness.
• Make bold product recommendations to build baskets and health habits.
• Contribute to a collaborative store team environment.
• Support visual merchandising, operations and store initiatives as needed.
