Blue Mountain Resort in Ontario is seeking a Kitchen Helper for the winter seasonal part-time position. The role focuses on maintaining a clean kitchen environment and keeping tools ready for use, stocking china, glass and cutlery for banquet services, and assisting chefs with plated meals as needed.

Responsibilities include cleaning equipment and kitchen surfaces, sweeping and mopping storage areas, and unloading the dishwasher.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean environment and ensure kitchen tools are ready for the next use
• Stock and organize china, glass and cutlery for banquet services
• Clean equipment and stainless-steel walls in the kitchen; sweep and mop kitchens and storage areas
• Clean dishes, remove food waste from plates, fill dishwasher and unload dishwasher
• Assist Chief Steward with moving and organizing small wares for off-site events
• Assist Chefs with plated meals as required
