Blue Mountain Resort is seeking a Seasonal- Full Time Kitchen role at Ontario's premier mountain destination. You will follow recipes, chef guidance, SOPs, and safety regulations to keep your station clean, organized, and ready to serve high-quality food and beverages.

You will prep and cook meals in various quantities, practice proper FIFO storage, learn techniques, and work with a team to meet daily goals. Shifts include days and afternoons and weekends; reliable transportation is required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years food service experience.
• Willing to work days/afternoons and weekends.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Follow recipes, SOPs, and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipes and instructions to prep meals in quantities.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of station.
• Maintain proper FIFO storage and safe handling.
• Learn techniques and deliver high-quality, properly served food and beverages.
