Job summary

Blue Mountain Resort in Collingwood, Ontario is hiring a Seasonal - Part Time Kitchen Steward to maintain a clean environment and prep kitchen tools for service. You'll stock and organize china, glass and cutlery for banquet services and support the kitchen team during events.

The role requires physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, reliable transportation, and the willingness to work days and afternoons. Training is provided, and you will join a vibrant seasonal team at Canada’s premier

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs when required.
• Valid Driver's License is an asset.
• Able to work days and afternoons.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Stocks and organizes china, glass and cutlery for banquet services.
• Cleans equipment and stainless-steel walls in the kitchen, sweep and mop kitchens and storage areas.
• Cleans dishes, removes food waste from plates, fills dishwasher and unloads dishwasher.
• Assist Chief Steward with moving and organizing small wares for off-site events, as required.
• Assist Chefs with plated meals as required.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
