Brobston Group in Richmond, BC is seeking a Brand Ambassador to deliver personalized customer service, share product knowledge and drive store sales.

You will assist customers in fitting rooms, maintain visual standards, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure a polished, inclusive store experience. Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends and potential overnight shifts is required.

• Retail or similar experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to stand, walk, move around the store, and lift or climb as required.
