Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service with tailored product knowledge and styling recommendations.
• Use clienteling and CRM tools to capture customer data and grow personal business.
• Support achievement of sales targets and individual KPIs (SPH, data capture, outreach).
• Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors to enhance relationship‑building and sales skills.
• Maintain store visual standards and participate in store and community initiatives.
• Balance floor duties, digital interactions, and operational tasks to prioritize the customer experience.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a specialty or high‑volume environment preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with customers and colleagues.
• Comfort operating a register and working on the sales floor for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver through stock, dressing rooms, and office areas.
