Job summary

The Brobston Group is seeking a Brand Ambassador for a seasonal Ralph Lauren retail assignment in Canada. You will provide personalized, inspiring service and help customers discover Ralph Lauren products while supporting sales goals and creating a welcoming experience.

Responsibilities include delivering excellent service, sharing product knowledge, assisting in fitting rooms, maintaining floor standards, and collaborating with team members. Flexibility is required.

Qualifications

• Retail experience in high-volume or high-profile environments is preferred.
• Effective communication and relationship-building with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as required.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and potentially overnight shifts.
