Job summary

Brobston Group in Delta, BC seeks a retail associate to deliver exceptional customer service and support sales goals in a busy store. You will share fashion and product knowledge, help customers find the right items, and contribute to an inclusive, engaging shopping experience.

You will maintain the sales floor, assist with styling, sizing and fitting rooms, and participate in training while sharing feedback with management. Flexibility for days, evenings, weekends, and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Retail or similar experience is preferred.
• Communicate effectively and build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as required.
• Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts or travel.
