Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a Brand Ambassador to deliver personalized, inspiring service and create an exceptional customer experience in our Vaughan store. You will support sales goals, represent the brand, and help maintain a positive and inclusive store environment.

Responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service, sharing product knowledge and styling guidance, assisting customers in fitting rooms, maintaining floor and back-of-house standards, and supporting store initiatives

Qualifications

• Retail or similar industry experience is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as required.
• Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts.
