Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Front Desk Agent for The Josie, a luxury ski‑in/ski‑out resort. You are the first impression, delivering a warm, personalized guest experience from check‑in to check‑out. This seasonal role starts December 1, 2026.

Qualifications

• Hospitality/front desk experience is preferred.
• Greet guests in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to learn, develop and grow.
• Ability to stand for long periods (up to 8 hours).
• Canadian driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must be willing to work holidays and weekends.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a timely, friendly, and professional manner
• Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately
• Make guest reservations and promote available packages or upgrades
• Handle all forms of payments and maintain an accurate cash float
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and care
• Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure guest needs are met
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel layout, room types, and rate plans
• Ensure guest safety and building security through adherence to procedures
• Support additional front office or hotel operations as needed
• Assist Valet team parking guest vehicles or assisting with luggage when needed
