Job summary

ServiceTitan is hiring a Seasonal Live Service Agent I in Canada to deliver world-class customer experiences. As frontline support, you'll listen, troubleshoot, and resolve inquiries from start to finish, guiding customers through scheduling, services, and membership options.

You'll leverage CRM tools, maintain empathy, and help build lasting relationships with members while meeting performance targets. This seasonal role runs for 3 months with flexible training and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Proven customer support, client service, or direct client-facing experience.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Experience with CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Speak with customers by phone to address their needs from start to finish.
• Provide scheduling options and membership information.
• Find creative solutions using service partners.
• Guide customers to best solutions and book services.
• Build relationships and trust through open communication.
• Meet targets for contact rates and bookings.
• Advocate for members and protect the mission.
