Job summary

TELUS in Canada is seeking seasonal Retail Support Associates to join our store teams. You will engage with customers, identify their needs, and deliver a positive shopping experience while supporting store operations and inventory management.

The role offers an hourly wage with additional bonuses and benefits, including discounts on TELUS products and opportunities for development within a customer-first culture. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred, but not required.
• A passion for technology and telecommunications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to build rapport, identify their needs, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Work closely with Sales Representatives and Store Managers to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment.
• Assist with daily store operations, including managing inventory, restocking shelves, and ensuring the store is clean and well-organized.
• Work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays (Black Friday weekend and Cyber Monday) and Boxing Day weekend.
