Responsibilities

• Prepare and plate meals as directed by the Chef, timely and to standard.
• Rotate through kitchen stations across shifts to cover daily tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area at all times.
• Ensure consistency and quality across all menu items.
• Assist with daily prep and event catering as needed.
